  • When should I replace my roof?
90% of New Jersey roofs are replaced when they are 17-22 years old.
  • What about gutters and skylights?
We recommend having your gutters and skylights replaced as part of your roof replacement project. Most customers who do not have their gutters and skylights replaced at the same time as their roof end up calling us within a year to get that work done.
  • How much does a new roof cost?
Three main factors determine the costs of a roof - roof size, pitch and materials.
  • What material should I choose for my new roof?
Composite, metal and PVC roofs make up over 90% of the market.
  • What is your process for free estimates?
We provide free, detailed estimates after we review your property.
  • Do you have your own crews?
All of our crews are full-time, year-round, highly trained employees, in fact, many of our employees have been with us for years.
  • How do I know if my roof needs to be replaced?
If your roof is sagging, shingles are missing, the fiberglass mat is showing through, shingles look old and worn, shingles are curling at the edges, or shingles have little to no granules left on them, it may be time to replace your roof.
  • Is it safe to power wash a roof?
Power washing your roof could do more harm than good. Roofing materials are not designed to withstand such extreme levels of water pressure. Using a power washer on a roof can speed up the degradation of materials. The water pressure can lift shingles and cause leaking.
  • How often should I get my roof cleaned?
Roofs should be inspected and cleaned at least once per year. Maintaining your roof now will prevent costly problems later.
  • How long does it take to replace a roof?
Many factors determine the replacement time. Whether on a home or a commercial building, the average project time can range from one day to two or more weeks. Careful planning and close project management can reduce some delays caused by bad weather.
